Alstroemeria

The Alstroemeria is also known as the Peruvian lily and originated in Chile and Brazil. With beautiful flowers in a variety of different colours, the Alstroemeria will keep your garden, balcony or patio colourful all summer long.

The Alstroemeria is fairly low maintenance and only requires regular watering and removing of the faded blooms with their stems. While the Alstroemeria is half-hardy, meaning it would survive during a mild winter, it mostly will not survive a North American winter outdoors.
