Solanum

The Solanum is originally from Paraguar and belongs to the Solanaceae family, also known as the nightshades. Please note that this plant is poisonous and not edible. The Solanum comes in blue and white.

The Solanum loves a sunny but partly shaded spot. A spot on the terrace, balcony, or in the garden would be best.It should be watered on a regular basis so that the soil always stays slightly moist. Fertilize the plant every two weeks or more.To keep the plant in its compact shape, cut back the long shoots. The Solanum is not winter hardy.
